The idea of Malcolm Baldrige framework is used to perform all matters in the organization to achieve customers'requirements and cheer organization. This framework will be easier if the following practices implemented among the members of the organization of work:
a) Need charity Vision-Mission-Values Together
b) It should be clear and do their job (KPI)
c) Need to build competencies to create a KPI
d) There must be a 'coaching'
e) Should always give encouragement and support

All the above practices are the actual practice of Gung Ho which were represented by the behavior of the three animals Squirrel, Beaver, and Goose isused as an analogy in the story that the book of Gung Ho. Practice these 3 animals were as follows:
Habit of rabbit
I understand that through my job, I was able to contribute towards making the World a Better Place, no matter how little of my job.(MISSION)
My friends and I was able to contribute towards a common goal.(VISION)
I and my friends must comply Values agreed
in implementing any plan, decision and action. (VALUE OF JOINT)
Habits of beaver
Responsibility given to me is clear. (KPI)
The tasks given to me I could run, but it is challenging.(KPI)
Opinions, feelings, needs and my dreams are respected, appreciatedand recognized. ('Competencies' and 'Coaching')
Habits of geese
Give congratulations / encouragement to all the progress (progress) goals. Not only when the goal is reached.
My congratulations must contain TRUE
T = Monitor for Compliance - Right on time & conditions
R = Responsive - Creating reaction
U = Unconditional - Unconditional
E = Enthusiastic - Passion
E = mc ² (Enthusiasm = mission * cash * Congratulations)
